View this email in your browser News from Main Street Jane's Walk Partnership Event - May 7   Jane’s Walks combine the simple act of exploring a place with personal observations, local history, and civic engagement. Join us on May 7 as we explore downtown Ellsworth in partnership with the Ellsworth Historical Society and Downeast Trout Unlimited with sponsorship support from Flexit Cafe for the first Annual Jane’s Walk in downtown Ellsworth. *The best kind of "cookie" notice...;) All participants will receive a voucher for a free coffee and cookie redeemable at Flexit Cafe on Saturday, May 7th, during business hours (6:30am - 3:00pm) There will be two downown walks at 11am and 1pm.  Click below for schedule, routes and details.  Tell Me More! Flowers on Main Street Program - Heart of Ellsworth   We are gearing up for our 2022 season with our flower pots on Main street. Tell Me a Beautiful Story Downtown Mural Update - Onion Foundation Support We are proud to announce our Water Street mural project is now supported [in part] by a grant from the Onion Foundation!  SAVE THE DATE on June 25 for an on-site all-ages dance party, meet mural artist Judy Taylor and be part of an interactive process to inform the subject matter of the mural. In this introductory session, we’ll explore basic tai chi principles and movements from three of tai chi’s most popular styles - Chen, Yang, and Sun. Tai Chi for Health exercises are suitable for people of all ages and physical abilities.
