Meet Heart of Ellsworth Board Member- at-Large!
Peter Lione

Peter Lione grew up in, Tinton Falls NJ, and studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology. After a long stint in NYC holding various positions in the creative sector, Peter retired to Sullivan Maine in 2005. After 6 years outside of town, Peter longed for a more urban lifestyle. He moved to downtown Ellsworth to restore a historic home. Currently, Peter is retired and volunteers his time with Woodlawn Museum, Gardens & Park and serves on the board of directors as a member at large and creative director for Heart of Ellsworth. "As Heart of Ellsworth has brought so much attention and positive momentum to the downtown revitalization effort, living downtown I wanted to be part of this wonderful organization. It has enabled me to be an active member of the Ellsworth community and I've been fortunate to be involved in so many of the exciting events that have already become town traditions."

Why donate to the Heart of Ellsworth?

Heart of Ellsworth remains focused and committed to economic growth through projects in the urban core.

Our vision seeks to fill storefronts on Main Street, secure a location for the Winter Farmers Market, develop the Union River waterfront with green space along the river, and identify and assist in the creation of more downtown housing options. Collectively, these enhance opportunities for both visitors and community members to enjoy all that Ellsworth has to offer.

Your contribution ensures that we can remain committed to these goals.
We appreciate your support!
